In this paper, we propose a mobile AP system for an express bus that moves fast and includes many people densely. By using mobile AP, many users can be considered as one group and it supports high received signal strength for each UEs. In case of conventional wireless communication, we model the system as a multiuser MISO system. By using mobile AP, the model is changed to single user MIMO system with better received signal strength. For mobile AP system in express highway environment, we analyze the performances of mobile AP in view of handover failure probability, radio link failure probability, and user rate. Through simulations, we evaluate the performance of mobile AP system compared to conventional system.
