摘要
The article begins by discussing the nature of bullying behaviour and presents an analysis of six major forms of bullying. It then progresses to develop a model through which schools may tackle the problem progressing from a crisis management approach through more proactive intervention strategies and into a whole school preventative programme which involves the community - pupils, teachers, and parents, also midday supervisors, police, solicitors, social and welfare officers and others.
