The construction of teachers in private colleges and universities has a very important impact on the development of higher education in china. In this paper, the problem of the construction of teaching staff in private colleges was analyzed, the main contents of the theory of human resource management and the social mobility theory were mainly introduced, at the same time, the main content and research methods of the flow of teachers in private colleges and universities were also discussed, finally, the research results were analyzed and discussed. The results show that the salary level has a direct impact on the flow of teachers in private colleges and universities, which provides a favorable development direction for the construction of private teachers in the future.
