摘要：

According to the particularity of the policy of salary, in this paper we propose a structure of intelligent decision support system of salary with three-base: rule base, method base and data base. Compared with the structure of four-base model, the modules of our system are more independent, and our system is easier to be implemented. In this paper, the structure and main function of our system are introduced, and some key techniques are discussed, such as event handler, rule handler, method base and database.
