摘要：

In order to solving the problem of lack compound, practical software talents in Jiangxi Province, School of Software Nanchang University has reformed and practiced the traditional software engineering talents training model, it has proposed and established a new "3 +1" software engineering talents training model. The model is divided into 2 phases-3 years' theoretical teaching in higher school and 1 year's engineering practice training in enterprise to promote high-quality software talents. From practical results, the new model has improved the students' practical ability and achieved good effect as well.
