摘要
This study was designed to analyze the anesthesia effect and safety of propofol combined with dezocine in removal of foreign bodies from digestive tract of children. A total of 140 children were divided into control and study group, 70 cases in each group. The control group was given propofol combined with midazolam anesthesia while the study group received propofol combined with dezocine anesthesia. The sedation effect and awaking time of anesthesia, the incidence of adverse reactions and hemodynamic indexes were recorded and statistically analyzed. The rate of satisfaction with sedation of the study group was 97.1%, significantly higher than the control group (70%) and the awakening time in the study group was (4.4 +/- 0.3) min, significantly shorter than the control group. There was no statistically significant difference (P > 0.05) between the two groups in SBP, DBP, HR and SpO2 at preoperation, postoperation 5 min and 10 min, while at intraoperation 5 min and 20 min, the fluctuating range of SBP and DBP, the level of HR and the fluctuating range of hemodynamics were lower in the study group. The incidence of adverse reaction of limb movement, cough as well as nausea and vomiting in the study group was significantly lower (P < 0.05) than control group. The anesthesia of propofol combined with dezocine has good sedation effects and safety in removal of foreign bodies from the digestive tract of children and realizes stable hemodynamics and rapid recovery.
