摘要
Accuracy of hydraulic screw down system for strip mills is required increase constantly, while quality request of cold strip is increasing incessantly for users. Theory analysis of strip mills AGC has been processed in this paper and a three-DOF mathematical model of hydraulic screw-down system has been built, which is specified cylinder displacement and inner gap and adapt to. varied control way. Three typical AGC model, e.g. GM (Gauge Meter) control model, MGM (Modification Gauge Meter) control model, DS (Dynamic Setting) control model, has been researched contrastively, and pointed out two important parameters: rolling mills rigidity factor and strips plastic coefficient, which are corresponded to static criterion and dynamic criterion of a system individually. Theory factor is provided for selecting parameter in control process. Compared with traditional P--H chart, this method reflected essence of thickness control process profoundly.
