摘要
The paper presents an error compensation control methodology for CNC machine tools through a hybrid error model. At first, models for errors generating from a machine tool and tool deflection are developed, respectively, and integrated to form a hybrid model that may be used to predict the possible machining errors on machined parts. Then, a control scheme to compensate for these errors is proposed to correct the tool path. To demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method, finally, the results of some experiments on a CNC machine tool are given.
