摘要
Metallurgical binding and compact alloy layers were prepared by laser cladding technology with Ni-based Super-alloy powders onto CrMo cast iron. Applying regression orthogonal design, under conditions of different velocity and loads the wear test of alloy layers were carried out. The regression equation of wear volume and velocity and loads is established. The reliability of the wear performance of the cladding layer is calculated referring to Monte Carlo method and the result shows that the wear-resisting is reliable.
