摘要
In the present study, Silk fibroin(SF)/chitosan(CS) were fabricated by electrospunning. The diameter of SF/CS blend nanofibers decreased gradually from 484 to 105 nm with the increase of CS content. The conformation change was investigated by means of Fourier Transform Infrared (FTIR) spectra and X-Ray diffraction. The SF/CS nanofibers showed characteristic adsorption peaks of the random coil structure of SF, and the addition of CS did not induce SF conformation change from alpha-helix to beta- sheet. With the treatment of glutaraldehyde(GTA) vapor, the SF conformated from alpha-helix to beta-sheet, and the stability of SF/CS membranes were significantly enhanced. The electrospining SF/CS blend nanofibers are designed to mimic the native extracellular matrix and can be used as tissue engineering scaffolds.
