摘要
High performance work systems (HPWSs) is an important topic of research in SHRM. But few studies analyze the relationships between entrepreneurial network and HPWSs as well as organizational performance. This article studies the moderating impacts of entrepreneurial network on effects of HPWSs on organizational performance. Through analyzing 190 software firms, it shows that both entrepreneurial network and HPWSs significant impact financial performance and that entrepreneurial network moderates the effects of HPWSs on financial performance. However, not all variables of entrepreneurial network have positive effects: density positively moderates the effects of HPWSs on performance while centrality does just the opposite.
