摘要
In this study, we prepared an electrochemical sensor using palladium nanoparticles decorated nickel-based metal-organic framework (Pd@Ni-MOF) nanocomposite for the detection of dopamine. The cyclic voltammetry analysis proved that a glassy carbon electrode modified by the Pd@Ni-MOF nanocomposite showed good electrocatalytic activity toward dopamine oxidation. Differential pulse voltammetry showed that the peak current increased linearly with dopamine concentration in the range of 1 nM to 100 mu M with a low detection limit of 0.01 mu M. The nanocomposite sensor exhibited good selectivity, stability, and excellent reproducibility. The sensor is used to determine the dopamine level in urine samples with acceptable recovery, implying its feasibility for practical application.
