摘要：

This paper focuses on the requirements of the information society that the El creative talents must meet nowadays. We take the innovative teaching system as the core, innovative engineering practice as the main point, innovative teaching management platform as the basement, which in all contribute to the innovative education system for El students. The results of the practice show that the innovative teaching system promotes the major construction as well as the training of the talents. It also promotes the quality of the construction effectively and got remarkable achievements.
