摘要：
A 22-year-old patient presented with abdominal pain and massive ovarian enlargement secondary to severe long standing hypothyroidism, mimicking an ovarian cancer. Treatment with L-thyroxin caused marked regression of the tumor. (C) 2003 Elsevier Ireland Ltd. All rights reserved.
