摘要：
The assessment of reliability of network distribution used in Polish energetic system is considered in the following paper. Empirical probability density function referring to the repair time and maintenance time as well as the failure rate of overhead and cable lines are taken into account. This paper presents another approach, the non-parametric estimation method with kernel smoothing applied to the analysis of the problem.
