摘要
The global exponential stability of the equilibrium point of Cohen-Grossberg neural networks with time-varying delay, is first investigated, Furthermore, some sufficient conditions for existence and uniqueness of equilibrium and global exponential stability of the time-varying delayed Cohen-Grossberg neural networks are obtained by using the topological degree theory, M-matrix, Lyaptunov functional method and some analysis techniques.
