摘要
Positive psychology is a new research power, its core idea is to emphasize the positive factors inherent, emphasizes the value and humanistic care of people, advocate the research of virtue and potential, to help all people to get happiness as the goal. From the perspective of positive psychology, the psychological health education of college students is an inevitable requirement for the development of psychological health education. Educators should learn from the research results of positive psychology in psychological health education of college students, renewing ideas, broaden their horizons, with open and appreciate the vision to look at the students, and strive to promote the unity of the students' cognitive affective, to enhance students' psychological quality objective. Positive psychology advocates the study of human positive quality and strength, and promotes the development of individuals through the development of human potential. The rise of positive psychology has reversed the situation that psychology pays too much attention to negative psychology, and it also points out the direction for the plight of college students' mental health education.
