摘要
We present a series of Monte Carlo algorithms, based on the Kac's stohastic gas model, for simulation of the binary collision process in a homogenous rarefied gas. These collision algorithms can be used instead the traditional DSMC collision algorithm in two-and three-dimensional rarefied gas flow simulations with small average number of particles in cells of the computational grid, when the simulation requires computational resources of very large proportions.
