摘要
Thermal neutron detector is developed by using Cadmium telluride (CdTe) semiconductor, due to large thermal neutron capture cross section of Cd. The developed detector demonstrated the occurrence of the 96 keV gamma ray emissions from Cd-113(n, gamma)Cd-114 reaction.
