摘要
This work shows the utility of the carbon dots, prepared from candle shoot, as promising candidates for nanothermometry devices based on temperature dependence of their emission lifetimes and of the changes of the full width at half maximum of the emission spectrum. The results indicate that both parameters show appreciable changes over the physiological temperature range (20-60 degrees C).
