摘要:
A microstrip dual-mode bandpass filter (BPF) using a circular patch resonator is investigated ill this paper. Unlike the conventional dual-mode patch-resonator bandpass filter studied ill the literature, the introduced filter is perturbed by, one circular hole ill the northeast area of the patch. The filter has a simple topology and can implement elliptic-function response characteristics. Ail experimental filter is optimally designed and fabricated, for the first time, ill order to demonstrate the idea. Both the calculated and measured results are presented.
