摘要
Lead-free BaTiO3(BT)-based ceramics doped with different content(x) Potassium niobate, (KNbO3,KN) (x = 0.1 similar to 0.9mol%) have been fabricated by the conventional mixed-oxide technique at sintering temperature of 1100-1200 degrees C. The microstructure and ferroelectric properties were also investigated by X-ray diffraction analysis, scanning electron microscopy measurements. The results present that the increase of the sintering temperature is very effective in improving the density and electric properties. 0.5 mol% KNbO3 doped BaTiO3 ceramics sintered at 1160 degrees C show excellent properties.
