Development of University Students' Foreign Language Learning Strategy in Network Environment

University Students' passive learning habit rooted in the long-term traditional teaching methods obviously cannot meet the network multimedia teaching's requirement of autonomous learning. In the network environment university students generally have the problems such as a lack of management strategy in foreign language learning, a low consciousness of foreign language autonomous learning strategy, a lack of the network cognition strategy, lack of skill of computer use, negative emotion strategy and so on. The author, after analyzing the overall tendency of cognition strategy use of network learning environment and the lack of foreign language learning strategy, has proposed countermeasures of developing language skill strategy such as listening, speaking, reading, writing, glossary learning strategy and network skill training and so on.
