摘要
Oligonucleotide-modified submicrometer-sized silica nanospheres that are colorencodedby embedded luminescent QDs and that can be further functionalized by DNA- protein conjugates are described. This approach provides a facile route to specifically encode and functionalize particles for biological and biomedical applications. © 2010 Wiley-VCH Verlag GmbH & Co. KGaA, Weinheim.
