摘要
Performance measurement of the third party logistic enterprise has very important practical significance for their internal self assessment and their establishment of enterprise strategy. This article takes advantage of the tool of Balanced Scorecard (BSC) to make preliminary research on TPL enterprise performance measurement, and choose four secondary index from financial part, customer services, internal business processes and enterprise development to make quantitative analysis by divideding each part's performance indicators into 5 levels,In the end,according to the score they have get,a way of performance evaluation is given.
