摘要
The level of endogenous innovation capability is one of the key factors to determine the fate of a country's future. This paper analyzes the endogenous innovation efficiency of high-tech enterprises in Zhejiang Province considering the type of industry and ownership, using C-D production function model and regression analysis. It reveals that the overall output efficiency of R&D expenditure is higher than production efficiency of scientific research personnel in the high-tech enterprises in Zhejiang. At the end, the paper puts forward some proposals to solve the existing problems.
