摘要
An integrated approach to assessment of disasters risk on the basis of heterogeneous geospatial information based on an ensemble approach to the analysis and data fusion technologies is proposed. It is stated that the created in perspective on the basis of proposed by Ukrainian authors of this article approach for risk assessment system may be an important component of the developed integrated intelligent system of monitoring and control of potentially dangerous complex objects and processes in crisis situations. Creation of such system is coordinated by SPIIRAN (and in particular, by Russian authors of this article) within the bounds of International Global Aerospace Monitoring System (IGMASS) project, initiated by the Russian Space Agency and supported by a number of national space agencies, including NSA of Ukraine.
