摘要
A new LCL resonant dc-dc converter topology is presented in which the resonant LCL components are located at the primary side of the push-pull converter. The power switches of the push-pull converter operate in turn at an approximately fixed frequency. The resonant frequency is set to even times of the switching frequency. Primary MOSFET switches achieve quasi-zero-voltage switching (ZVS) conditions due to commutations of the magnetizing current at the transformer secondary side. The converter is suitable for systems with a low input voltage and large input current as powered by batteries etc. A 1kW converter system with 12VDC input and 360VDC output was developed and tested, the result shows the proposed dc-dc converter achieves 92% efficiency The experimental waveforms agree well with the theory analysis.
