摘要：

Talents are the important creators of advanced productivity and advanced culture and also the first resource for promoting economic and social development, but talents need suitable ecological environment to play their functions. The paper conducts the empirical study of talent ecological status in 11 cities of Pan Poyang Lake Ecological Economic Zone by dividing the ecological environment for talents into 6 categories,21 sub -indexes to provide decision references for accelerating the construction of the ecological environment of talents in this area.
