摘要
Two new N-methyladenine-containing diterpenes, nemoechines F (1) and G (2), were isolated from the South China Sea sponge Agelas aff. nemoechinata. The structures were assigned on the basis of spectroscopic date. Compound 2 showed weak activity against Jurkat cell lines with IC50 of 17.1 mu mol/L.
