An analysis on risk management measures of banks on the real estate industry in subprime crisis

摘要
The banks in China were affected a lot by adverse effects of the subprime crisis and thus the real estate industry was deeply impacted. Regarding the special nature of the real estate industry and its special relationship with banks, it is necessary to do empirical analysis on their interrelationship before and after the crisis and raise effective credit risk management mechanism on real estate as collateral for bank, which helps to improve the credit risk management of banks in crisis.
