摘要：

The development of the society has an increasing demand for practical translation personnel, which raises concern and debate about translation teaching in China. Although translation teaching in China has been developing rapidly, there are still some problems. By analyzing the social demand and surveying the current situation of translation teaching in domestic universities, the paper advocates several ways to train practical translation personnel, including teaching methods, contents, evaluation ways and so on.
