摘要
This study is aimed to compare the effectiveness and safety of repeated doses and a single dose of mifepristone in combination with misoprostol for abortion less than 49 days' gestation. The complete abortion rate was 91.72% in the 145 women treated with 150 mg mifepristone in divided times (Group A) and 92.47% in the 146 women treated with 100 mg mifepristone once (Group B) (P > 0.05). The frequency of nausea, vomiting, dizziness and headache was similar between the two groups. However, we observed that the average length of bleeding days in Group B (4.15 +/- 1.28) was much shorter than that in Group A (7.54 +/- 1.94; P < 0.01), the rate of abdominal pain in Group A was much lower than that in Group B (P < 0.05), and the very satisfaction rate was significantly higher in Group B (P < 0.05).
