Thought of the knowledge management of health policy making based on ontology

This paper analyses the relationship between the health policy making and the knowledge management, and gives a view: The knowledge management is the key to the health policy making. It also analyses some mainstream knowledge management methods at present. Then it explains the framework of the model of health policy making which based on ontology, and provides a solution method with high feasibility and obvious effect. It's testified to be good approach to the goal of policy making decision assistance for the policy makers. Knowledge conformity utilizes an ontology based semantic annotation model providing a two-layer semantic retrieval service. It's so different from traditional information management model that achieves the level of knowledge management in reality. Additionally, there are successful commercial applications in the similar projects, which prove its feasibility.
