摘要
This paper introduces a prototype of an intelligent monitoring system in electrical network monitoring. This monitoring system adopts single-chip processor to realize AC sampling of power parameters. The system is based on real-time processing of electrical signals from CTs and PTs. This equipment is chiefly used in relay protection of low voltage system with the integration of synthetical measure and display function. It can build up the perfect computer electrical energy management network system. The detail design proposal and the realization in hardware and software of low voltage digital relay has been given in this paper.
