摘要:
The measurement of Rate of Change of Frequency (ROCOF) was simulated to conduct a full test of an advanced ROCOF estimation algorithm. Whole measurement chain of a transducer and digitizer was simulated and an uncertainty of ROCOF estimation has been calculated using Monte Carlo Method. The selected ROCOF estimation algorithm was based on a series of boxcar filters. The results showed out the most important uncertainty contributions and estimation errors of the selected algorithm.
