摘要
Web-based learning (WBL) makes it possible for students in one place to study with an instructor from another place. WBL can also be used as supplement, complement or comprehensive replacement to traditional learning. Trust is increasingly recognized as a critical success factor for WBL, especially for study program which uses WBL system as comprehensive replacement. In this paper, Trust-Framework for WBL are purposed. For WBL, trust is indicated by positive attitude about perceived confidence in participants (e.g. learner, instructor, expert, and educator) in educational processes and system. When learner has trusted in WBL, we can change their attitude and behaviors and enable them to learn it by themselves. To gain mist in WBL, the following factor should be considered: solidarity, familiarity, affect, and realization. This paper also found that WBL with includes the following tools can create a certain level of trust : electronic mail, interactive speech/voice application, interactive text, live meeting, live tutor, simulation, game, and tutor database.
