摘要
In this paper, we propose a reliability-mechanical combination to treat the metal forming process. This combination is based on the augmented Lagrangian method to solve the deterministic case and the response surface method. Our goal is the computation of the failure probability of the frictionless contact problem. Normally, the contact problems in mechanics are particularly complex and have to be numerically solved. Several numerical techniques exist to compute these calculations. Or, some design parameters are uncertain and the deterministic solutions could be unacceptable. Thus, the mechanical contact study is a privileged subject for a reliability analysis and the industrial interest of the metal forming process gives us a more motivation to propose adequate numerical solution based on an indeterministic study.
