摘要
A modified electrochemical noise technique has been used to characterize the relationship between the current and potential during pitting. The recorded potential and current have been plotted as a parametric plot, with time as the parameter, in the potential-current plane. Plotted in this way, the data reveals a number of patterns and could be useful in modeling and monitoring pitting corrosion.
