摘要
Main characteristics and laboratory verification of the concept of the high-frequency Class EF inverter using a quarterwave transmission line on the supply side are presented in the article. The Class E and EF inverters operating at frequency of 20 MHz, transistor peak voltage of 400 V and output power of 400 W were designed, built and laboratory tested. The Class E inverter was the reference point for the Class EF inverter. (High-frequency Class EF inverter).
