摘要
In the article proves the historical groundlessness of the identification of Russia only with the Moscow State and the Russian Federation and in the years after 1917 isolation from Russia of the Belorussia and the Ukraine as the separate lands and states, and from the Russian people (Rus) of the Belorusians and the Ukrainians. As the foreign and Russian sources from the 10th to the beginning of the 20th century testify, during all these centuries the western limits of Russia and Russian people were located near the places of the inhabiting of the peoples of Hungarian, Polish, Lithuanian and Baltic. At the same time, the history of Russia was in the long period the history of the simultaneously existed in its limits of different number rulers and states. Nevertheless, in Russia before the coup d'etat in 1917 there was always the Grand Duke and the Tsar (Emperor) of all Rus and Russia. Specifically, under its Sceptre was joined almost all Russian land from the 14th to the beginning of the 20th century.
