摘要
In this paper we present a concept of a coaxial probe fur near-field optical microscopy that can be realized utilizing micromachining technology processes. Numerical calculations were performed to prove the optical benefits of the coaxial probe in comparison to conventional aperture tips. Furthermore. the influence of the coaxial probe geometry with respect to its transmission efficiency and field confinement in the apex plane was investigated in detail. (C) 2001 Elsevier Science B.V.
