摘要：

A simple, efficient protocol for the preparation of alpha-labeled aldehydes based on H/D exchange catalyzed by 4-(N,N-dimethylamino)pyridine or Et(3)N is described. High chemical yields and ratios of isotope incorporation were obtained even when small amounts (similar to 1 mmol) of aldehyde were used.
