摘要
Resource-based cities play an important role in the supply of energy and raw materials in national economic development. With the resource-based urban development, Land use,especially farmland, have to face to huge pressures. Take the oil city of Panjin for example, on the analysis of Panjin city's urban development and land use changes during 1996-2008 years, using correlation and regression analysis, analysis some of the intrinsic link between the resource-based urban development and land use changes, with a view of grasp its inherent regularity. With the realization of Panjin city's restructuring and development, the limited land can be more efficient and more intensive used.
