摘要：
We studied the feasibility of using crowdsourcing and the Delphi method for obtaining unbiased, anonymous comments. The goal was to determine if either method might be feasible for estimating effort, time, and challenges from brief descriptions of technical projects for embedded systems. In two separate case studies, both methods estimated low for effort and time. The Delphi method converged to estimates and forecasts in both projects. The wide variance in the survey's results indicated that it was not useful for estimating effort, time, or challenges.
