摘要
In this work, the results of comparison for two kinds of coil configurations for a 12 pole active magnetic bearing (AMB) are presented. The magnetic flux of each magnetic pole of AMB is determined. Differences between the current and displacement stiffness for both coil configurations of the AMB are shown. Verification of the numerical model was executed by measurement of coil inductance and force acted on AMB shaft. A good agreement between results of numerical analysis and measurement verification has been achieved. (Comparison for two kinds of coil configurations for a 12 pole active magnetic bearing)
