摘要
Improvement of the efficiency and lifetime is crucial in light emitting diodes. In this presentation, computational modeling as one of our approaches will be introduced, and also device performance with our solution processable red phosphorescent materials will be presented, where we have achieved CIE=(0.67,0.32) with the lifetime of LT50 similar to 95khrs at 400cd/mm(2) and an efficiency of 11cd/A. Some other data including fluorescent materials will also be presented.
