摘要：
Because of the discommodiousness of competence testing on Internal control of financial information system, competence testing method based on relevant requirement and specification of the internal control in enterprises' financial information system is proposed. Competence testing in Petro China Company Limited based on the SQL query language and Microsoft Office Access 2003 was taken as an Empirical Application.
