摘要
The helicon-phonon resonance is observed for the first time in the regime of weakly interacting modes. Experiment is performed on a PbSe single crystal with carrier concentration N similar to 10(19) cm(-3). Excitation of the acoustic wave is observed as a resonant energy transfer dip on top of the fundamental helicon peak when acoustic and helicon wavelengths coincide. The results are in agreement with the theory of helicon-phonon resonance.
