摘要:
Anisotropic magnetotransport in a quasi-one-dimensional (Q1D) organic conductor (TMTSF)(2)ClO4 are discussed relating to its electronic structure. (1) The Lebed resonance is semiclassically considered for general field orientations. The Danner-Chaikin oscillation is not an independent phenomenon, but it is regarded as the oscillation of Lebed resonance amplitude. (2) In (TMTSF)(2)ClO4, the Lebed resonance position reflects the anion ordering (AO) superlattice. Using this fact, the lower limit of AO gap is estimated. (3) The magnetoresistance angular effects under d.c. electric fields are numerically studied. The angular effect structures doubly split and shift under electric fields along the stacking axis. This effect can be explained by the fact that electrons on each Fermi sheet feel different effective magnetic fields.
